Systems can be tailored to suit single point grease applications to your pins and bushes, rolling element bearings, slides, and chains. As well as lubricating oils to bearings, gearboxes, bushings, slides, individual chain links, etc.

Faicom grease and oil pumps are also available to use in basic and more cost-effective installations where the more premium brands are deemed excessive and cost prohibitive. Faicom are a quality Italian made brand and are more than capable of standing up to the rigors of auto lubrication demands.

TME can also design a more cost-effective manual lubrication solution for those customers not needing fully automatic controls.

Lubrication points can be fed via single or multiple manual lubrication manifold blocks located at a convenient point on your plant and equipment. You can then simply apply your lubricant via a manual or battery-operated grease gun.

All systems can be electrically, hydraulically, and pneumatically operated. 12/24Vdc, 110/240/415Vac power solutions are available. Intrinsically safe options are available for hazardous areas.

Locations requiring high anti-corrosive properties can be supported using quality 316 grade stainless steel hose fittings and adaptor components. Giving you the confidence your system will comply to the appropriate standards and will be built to last.
