We can take care of your condensate treatment with servicing of your oil absorbing treatment plant. Servicing involves the removal and replacements of the absorption bags, cleaning of the primary catchment compartment, and removal of the contaminated media.

In-line filtration servicing is also available, with element change outs and condensate drain valves cleaned or replaced dependant on the environment.

TME can supply and install complete in-line filtration solutions for existing air networks which have no filtration, or in area specific applications where sensitive equipment has been installed and require specific air quality standards.

Dryer servicing and repairs are also available. Whether it is a desiccant or refrigerant dryer, TME have you covered.

Desiccant media changeouts can be arranged, as well as 16000 hour services with all strainers and filters removed and replaced.

Refrigerant dryer with high or freezing dew points can be serviced or repaired depending on the root cause of failure. Generally low or no gas status is the main culprit, however, major component failure can also be the contributing fault.

Rebuilds are also available (depending on the brand, model, and age of the unit) when capital expenditure is not an option.

Rotary screw air ends can be stripped and inspected for rebuild, with a full report and recommendations on whether it is suitable to rebuild, or if a replacement is necessary.
